(NIF B19728146, C/ Federico García Lorca 9, 12530 Burriana, Castellón, Spain, tel. +34 964 845 110, info@dreamnestspain.com) to process my personal, financial, employment and tax data under the processing operation named Economic and Financial Analysis, in order to: register my request; carry out the economic and financial analysis needed to assess the viability of the mortgage financing requested; prepare the file and submit applications to financial institutions; manage communication and coordination with the parties involved in the operation (banks, notaries, administrative agencies, valuation companies, lawyers, real estate agencies and other collaborators), sharing only the information strictly necessary; accompany me throughout the mortgage process, including negotiation and signing; and comply with the legal obligations applicable to real estate credit intermediaries (Law 5/2019 on real estate credit agreements, Bank of Spain rules and, where applicable, Law 10/2010 on the prevention of money laundering). Legal bases: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b GDPR), compliance with legal obligations (art. 6.1.c), legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f) and my consent where required (art. 6.1.a). The data will be kept while the analysis and the contractual relationship last and, afterwards, for the legally required periods (6 years for commercial and tax obligations; 10 years where anti-money-laundering rules apply); the data will then be blocked and securely deleted. There are no automated decisions or profiling, no international transfers, and no Data Protection Officer has been appointed.
